75 times of the basic pay of the applicant Maximum amount payable to a member is limited to 20 lakh.

Security

Mortgage of property of the applicant or their spouse by registering Gahan the title deeds and salary certificate to recover the monthly instalment

Processing charge

0.25% of the loan amount is charged as processing fee.

Period of loan

Maximum 120 months

1. Original and prior title deeds
2. Latest tax receipt
3. possession certificate
4. Possession and non-attachment certificate.
5. Encumbrance certificate from the Sub Registrar for the last 14 years.
6. Location sketch
7. Salary certificate

10. Legal opinion of the Bank s advocate.
